Have you heard about the 3-second rule?

This is going to be a super short one. So let's get straight into it!

The 3-second rule: 'If your food drops on a clean surface it takes 4 seconds for the germs to get on it'.

Now I don't know if that's true with food, but I'm pretty sure that it works when a bad thought or habit is about to get triggered. Like, 'snoozing the alarm', anyone? 'procrastinating', 'not taking any step before being 110% sure of the outcome', and the list goes on and on...

So, whenever a bad thought or un-resourceful habit are about to make their grand entry into your day, count to three and pick yourself up before the germs get on you!

I wish you a great day with the 3-second rule!
